Wainhomes Introduces Discount for NHS Staff
Cornwall 's biggest house builder has launched a special offer aimed at NHS personnel working in the Devon and Cornwall areas as part of a new company initiative to assist key workers in buying new homes.
Wainhomes South West leaflets are available at Treliske Hospital in Truro , offering a special £5,000 discount off a new home at any of the house builder's developments in the South West.
Wainhomes Sales & Marketing Director Adrian Dyer said: “This is the first stage of a new Wainhomes initiative to assist key workers such as NHS personnel in buying new homes. While there are a lot of people struggling to get on the property ladder at the moment, we think it is important to give workers, who are of value to the country as a whole, a helping hand. This initiative will provide NHS personnel in Devon and Cornwall with the security of having better access to a first home, or the ability to trade up to a new home if required.”
